Victor Klein

Victor Klein, age 86, of Hays, passed away Friday, March 15, 2013 at Via Christi Village, Hays. He was born July 15, 1926 in Pfeifer, Kansas to Adam J. and Magdalena (Breit) Klein. He was married to Cleopha Degenhardt.

He worked at the Hays City Flour Mill for 16 years and then became a wholesale liquor salesman.

He is survived by three daughters, Sherry (Ron) Bieker of Dallas, Bonnie (Ron) Trilck of Hays and Susan (John) Trembley of Hays; a brother, Elmer Klein of Wichita; two sisters, Helen Dome and Josepha Dome both of Hays. 7 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren also survive him.

He was preceded in death by his parents, three brothers, Sylvester, Sylvanius and Alvin Klein and a sister, Irene Jacobs.

No services will be held. His request was to bequeath his body to the University of Kansas Medical School.
