Robert Draper

Robert "Bob" Draper, 58, Phoenix AZ, formerly of Hays, died Thursday, November 20, 2014 in Phoenix, Arizona. He was born October 26, 1956, in Eldorado, KS and was a 1974 graduate of Hays High School.

He was a longtime worker in the oilfield in Kansas and California.

He is survived by three sons, Shawn Draper and wife Jennifer of Shawnee, Kansas, Brent Draper and wife Elaine of Leawood, Kansas and Shane Draper of Overland Park, Kansas; 2 daughters, Miki Koerner of Overland Park, Kansas and Megan Draper of Lawrence, Kansas; 5 Grandchildren, Tyler, Carly, Jackson, Emma and Theodore; a brother, Randy Draper of Tulsa, Oklahoma; and a sister, Sherry Anderson and husband Randy of Centennial, Colorado.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Bill and June Draper; and brother, Michael Draper.

Services will be held at a later date, to be announced, at Brock's Keithley Funeral Chapel 2509 Vine Hays, KS 67601. Private family inurnment will be at Mount Allen Cemetery, Hays.
