Robert Dean Brown

Victoria, Kansas Robert Dean Brown, age 68, died Wednesday, November 15, 2017, at his home in Victoria, Kansas.

He was born December 1, 1948, in Ashland, Kansas to John M. and Irene (Brown) Brown. He married Lucy Ann (Dinkel) on August 5, 1967, in Victoria, Kansas.

He was an auto body repairman, painter and mechanic. He lived in Denver, CO, Sharon Springs, KS. and moved to Victoria, KS in 1980. He attended Brighton High School in Brighton, CO and a member of The Basilica of St. Fidelis, Victoria, Kansas. Robert enjoyed restoring and working on Mustangs and his passion was building three wheeled motor cycles.

Survivors include his wife, Lucy Ann Brown, of the home; one son, Michael Brown and wife, Blythe, Victoria, KS; three daughters, La Donna Braun and husband Frederick, Bunker. Hill, KS; Kimberly Brown and companion, Kenneth Kuntzsch, Russell, KS; Bobbie Phlieger and husband James, Plainville, KS; one sister, Jean Thompson and husband, Phillip, Midwest City, OK; 12 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents.

Services are 10:00 A.M. Saturday, November 18, 2017, at The Basilica of St. Fidelis, Victoria, Kansas. Burial in St. Fidelis Cemetery, Victoria, Kansas.

Vigil service and rosary will be at 5:30 P.M. Friday, at Clines-Keithley Mortuary, 412 Main Street, Victoria, Kansas 67671.

Visitation is from 5:00 to 9:00 P.M. Friday, and from 8:30 to 9:45 A.M. Saturday both at Clines-Keithley Mortuary, Victoria, Kansas.

Memorials to St. Fidelis Cemetery or Hospice of Hays Medical Center.
