Patricia Ann 'Patty' Hashenberger

Hays, Kansas Patricia Ann "Patty" Hashenberger, age 82, died Saturday, November 25, 2017, at the Good Samaritan Society of Hays. She was born December 15, 1934 in Hays, Kansas, to Alfred and Albina (Weigel) Koerner. She married Cecil E. Hashenberger on September 26, 1953, at Hays, Kansas. He preceded her in death on August 4, 1974.

She was housekeeping Supervisor at the Hays Holiday Inn for over 25 years and also was park manager at the Circle S RV Park in Hays for several years. She attended Girls Catholic High in Hays and was a member of the catholic faith.

Survivors include, one son, Cecil Jr Hashenberger, Andover, KS; five daughters, Susan Aldridge and husband, Mike, Russell, KS; Sandy Braun and husband, James, Hays, KS; Kris Delimont and husband, Rany, Victoria, KS, Linda Schmidt, Agra, KS; Karen Schebler, Davenport, Iowa; two brothers, Alfred Koerner, Jr., Hays, KS; Steve Koerner and wife, Bev, Eudora, KS; two sisters, Karen Welch, Daisy Ginther and husband, Glen, both of Russell, KS; 23 grandchildren; 52 great grandchildren; one "soon to be" great grandchild and one "soon to be" great great grandchild.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; son-in-law, Stanley Schmidt; two brothers, Ron Koerner and Gary Koerner; one brother-in-law, Warren Welch and one sister-in-law, Marietta Koerner.

Services are 9:00 A.M. Saturday, December 2, 2017, at Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church, 18 & Vine, Hays, Kansas. Burial in St. Catherine Cemetery, Catharine, Kansas.

A vigil service will be at 6:00 P.M. Friday, at Clines-Keithley Mortuary of Hays, 1919 East 22nd Street, Hays, Kansas 67601.

Visitation is from 5:00 to 8:00 P.M. Friday, at Clines-Keithley Mortuary of Hays and from 8:00 to 9:00 A.M. Saturday, at Immaculate heart of Mary Catholic Church.

The family suggest memorials to the Good Samaritan Society of Hays or Masses in care of Clines-Keithley Mortuary of Hays.
