Obituary



Norma Jean Brack, Age 85 of Ellis Kansas, passed away March 1, 2021 at Hays Medical Center. She was born May 26, 1935 to Andrew and Thresia Scheck in Hays, Kansas. She was married to Marvin Brack for 28 years. Norma was a life-long residence of Ellis, and worked at the Good Samaritan Society in Ellis as a laundry assistant.



She enjoyed playing rummikub, solitaire, and dominos. She also enjoyed tri-chem painting, quilting, Knights of Columbus, VFW, Daughters of Isabela, and selling Sarah Coventry jewelry, Tupperware, Stanley products, and Watkins spices.



Norma was preceded in death by her parents, two sisters Shirley and Barbara; three brothers LeeRoy, Gerald, and Donnie.



She is survived by daughters Marilyn (Mark Dinkel), Rose (Paul) and sons Roger (Maxine), Larry (Melissa), Robert and sister Edna; 8 Grandkids and 15 Great Grandkids.

Services will be at 10:00 AM, Thursday, March 4, 2021 at St. Marys Catholic church in Ellis, burial will follow in church cemetery.

Visitation will be 6PM-8PM Wednesday, March 3, 2021 at Keithley Funeral Chapel in Ellis, with a combined vigil and rosary at 7 PM.

Memorial contributions are suggested to Daughters of Isabella.
