Myrn Newell

Mary Alice "Myrn" Newell, age 58, of Hays, passed away Saturday, November 10, 2012 at her home. She was born January 6, 1954 in Hays, Kansas to Eloise J. "Frenchie" and Frances (Goetz) Newell. She was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Hays.

She is survived by her father, E.J. Newell and a sister, Joan Palmer and husband Dick of Wichita.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Frances and a brother, Arlen Newell.

Funeral services will be 10:00 AM Wednesday at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Hays. Burial will be in St. Joseph Cemetery.

Visitation will be Tuesday 5 PM 8 PM and Wednesday 9 AM 9:30 AM all at Brocks North Hill Chapel 2509 Vine Hays, KS 67601.

A rosary service will be Tuesday at 6 PM followed by a parish vigil service at 6:30 PM all at the funeral home.
