Mark 'Ruppy' Rupp

Mark 'Ruppy' Rupp, age 52, of Hays, passed away Thursday, February 11, 2016 at Salina Regional Health Center in Salina. He was born October 10, 1963 in Hays, Kansas to Robert and Mary Alice (Klaus) Rupp.

He was a long time local owner operator of Roto-Rooter and also a longtime volunteer manager at the Hays VFW. He also owned "Ruppys Place" in the mid to late 1980s. Mark enjoyed family and friends and competition BBQ and catering.

He is survived by two daughters, Kiley Rupp of Hays and Adalyn Rupp of Denton, TX; three brothers, Ricky Rupp of Thornton, CO, Dave Rupp and Bruce Rupp of Hays; granddaughter, McKinnley Rupp of Denton, TX his former wife and best friend, Lesly Rupp of Hays and friends to numerous to mention.

He was preceded in death by his parents as well as several close friends and relatives.

Funeral services will be 11 AM Monday, Feb 15, 2016 at Immaculate Heart of Mary Church in Hays. Private inurnment will be at later date.

Visitation will be 4 PM - 8 PM Sunday and 10 AM - 10:30 AM Monday all at Brock's-Keithley Funeral Chapel and Crematory 2509 Vine Hays, KS 67601

Memorials are suggested to be used according to the wishes of the family to be designated at a later date.
