Kirstin Renae Nelson

Kirstin Renae Nelson, age 28, of Ellis, passed away Monday, February 25, 2013 in Ellis County, Kansas the result of an automobile accident. She was born March 27, 1984 in Hays, Kansas to Greg Unrein and Juanita (Landwehr). She married Eric Nelson October 22, 2011.

She was currently a housekeeper at the Days Inn of Ellis. She was a former CNA at Trego Manor in WaKeeney and the Good Samaritan Society of Ellis.

She is survived by her husband, Eric Nelson and daughters, Lucina Unrein and Chandra Nelson all of the home; her mother, Juanita Parson and step father Wayne and a brother, Bryson Parson all of Ellis; her mother-in-law, Sharon Nelson of Madison, WI. And her grandmother, Jeanette Parson of Ellis.

She was preceded in death by her father, Greg Unrein; paternal grandmother Judy Unrein; maternal grandparents, Urban and Rose Landwehr and her grandpa, Claude Parson.

A Celebration of Life service will be 11:00 A.M. Saturday at Keithley Funeral chapel 400 E. 17th Ellis, KS. 67637

Visitation will be Saturday 10:00 A.M. until service time at the funeral home.

Memorials are suggested to the Kirstin Nelson memorial Fund to be used according to the wishes of the family and may be sent in care of the funeral home.
