Kenneth Wiesner

Kenneth Francis Wiesner, age 46, of Russell, formally of North Glenn and Denver passed away Thursday, September 23rd at the Russell Regional Medical Center. He was born on Feb. 11, 1964 in Hays, Ks. to Francis A. and Armella (Braun) Wiesner. He moved to Colorado after high school and became a Certified Welder and Machinist at Perry Tool and Dye for 12 years. Prior to that he did Glass Glazing. He is survived by his mother, Armella Wiesner Waldschmidt of Salina formally of Ellis; four sisters, Mary Henderson (James) of Salina, Joyce Wiesner of Topeka, Barbara Schuster (LaVerne) of Russell and Janet Wahrman (Alan) of Hays; two brothers, Leon Wiesner (Rhonda) of Greely, Co. and Steve Wiesner. Kenneth is also survived by several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father, Francis A. Wiesner in 1974 and a sister, Michelle Marie Wiesner in 1986.Services will be at 2 p.m. Monday at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Ellis with burial following in St. Mary's Cemetery.Visitation will be Sunday from 5 to 8 p.m. and Monday 12:45 - 1:30 P.M. at Keithly Funeral Chapel, 400 E 17th, Ellis, KS. Memorials are suggested to be used according to the wishes of the family.
