James 'Jimbo' Solles

James (Jimbo) Allen Solles, was born January 15, 1958 and lost his battle to cancer at his home, surrounded by his family, in Victoria,KS on July 7, 2015, at the age of 57.

Jim was born to Mildred LaVerne Solles in Janesville, Wisconsin and was the youngest of eleven children. He attended Janesvilles Parker Senior High School and later received his associates degree as a paralegal. He married the love of his life, Cheryl, on July 3, 1994 in Tribune, KS. The couple lived in Victoria, KS for the last eleven years where Jim worked at The Home Depot as a Department Manager. Jim was an avid outdoorsman, a fisherman, a grill master, and a devoted family man.

Survivors include his wife; Cheryl Solles, three daughters; Andrea McClain of Hays, KS, Eulala Morris of Sallisaw,OK, Teresa Tarman of Colby, KS. One son; Thomas West of Garden City, KS and six grandchildren; Ekoria, Viktoria, Adora, Clark and Ezekiel Morris and Devin McClain. Five sisters Lillian, Shirlee, Elizabeth, Linda, and Diane; Three brothers Eddie, Donald, and Larry; and numerous nieces, nephews.

He was proceeded in death by his mother Mildred Solles, his two brothers, Willie Artrium,Bobbie Welch, twin sisters, and grandson Rickey Lee Morri
