Obituary



Glen Francis Warren age 88, of Hays, Kansas passed away on Saturday, October 29, 2022 at Hays Medical Center, Hays, Kansas.

He was born July 3, 1934, in Zurich, Kansas to Lawrence H. and Delma M. (Deslongchamp) Warren. He married Geraldine J. (Couture) on September 14, 1956, at Palco, Kansas. She preceded him in death on July 23, 2010.

He owned and operated Glens Auto Parts in Hays for over 20 years, then worked at Reins Auto Repair as the shop supervisor for a few years and retired in the late 1990s. Glen grew up in Zurich and was a graduate of Palco High School. He collected metal cast die cars over the years, he played the guitar, the harmonica, and enjoyed spending time with his girls and family.

Survivors include his daughters, Darcy Becker and husband, Jerry, Hays, KS; LaDonna Jo Lundy and husband, Rodney, Fort Worth, TX; his son-in-law, Darrel Goheen, Hays, KS; his brothers, John Warren and wife, Evelyn, Golden, CO; Larry Warren, Osborne, KS; his brother-in-law, Bill Dennebaum, Lakewood, CO; his grandchildren, Pamela Baumfalk and husband, Don; Joselyn Lundy; Brandon Lundy and wide, Sarah; Danel Wolcott; Bryson Lundy and wife, Aly; Preston Becker and wife, Mary Kate; Trent Becker and wife, Emily; his great grandchildren, Boston Lundy; Bayler Lundy; Harbour Lundy; Bella Becker; Kenzie Wolcott; Colton Wolcott; Dylan Goheen; and Cameron Hunt.

He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, his daughter, Glenda Goheen; and his sister, Myrnice Dennebaum.

Funeral services will be at 1:00 P.M. Friday, November 4, 2022, with Rev. Brant Rice officiating at Clines-Keithley Mortuary of Hays, 1919 East 22nd Street, Hays, Kansas 67601.

Visitation will be from 6:00 to 8:00 P.M. Thursday, and from 12:00 to 1:00 P.M. Friday, all at Clines-Keithley Mortuary of Hays.

The family suggests memorials made paid to: Good Samaritan Society of Hays in care of the mortuary.
