Obituary



Evelyn J. Kohl of Ellis, Kansas passed away Friday, September 18, 2020 in rural Ellis County. She was born April 2, 1927 in Alabama to James and Valma Parsons.

Evelyn had worked with her husband as a secretary for his accounting business. She enjoyed cooking, gardening being outdoors, her outdoor pets and singing. She was a member of St. Mary's Church, Ellis.

She is survived by her husband, Terrance of Ellis.

Funeral services will be 11:00 AM Friday, October 16, 2020 at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Ellis with Fr. Dana Clark officiating. Burial will follow in St. Mary's Cemetery.

Visitation will be 10:00 AM until service time with a rosary service at 10 AM all at St. Mary's Church.

Memorial contributions are suggested for Masses.
