Donald Dean Dreiling

Donald Dean Dreiling, 69, passed away June 7, 2023, at his home in Aurora, CO. He was born January 21, 1954, at Hays, to Peter J Dreiling and LaVina M Dreiling (Urban). He married Rose Marie Rohr on May 24th, 1974 in Hays KS.

Don and Rose lived in Hays until 1994, when Don had a job opportunity in Denver, CO. Don managed Air Products, which is a Gas and Welding provider in Denver. Don loved cooking and eating and enjoyed traveling, especially to see friends. He liked to golf,and eating at new restaurants. He was not against trying something new.

Survivors include his wife Rose who is a Financial Planner and their son Dustin Dreiling. Two grandsons, Dylan D Dreiling and Austin J Dreiling. Also, his sister JoAnn Sandoval of Hays.

He was preceded in death by his parents; Peter J and LaVina M Dreiling, (Urban), two brothers, Joseph Dreiling and Ronald L. Dreiling.

Visitation will be held at 6:00p.m on Friday, June 16th at St. Joseph Church. There will be a rosary and a service by Fr. Richard Daise at 7:00pm. A Mass will be said on Saturday, June 17th at 10:00 am, also at St. Joseph Church with Father Andy Hammeke. Burial will be held at 11:00a.m., shortly after the mass at St. Joseph Cemetery.
