Brian 'Butch' Miller

Obituary



Brian (Butch) Miller, 64, Hays, co-owner and operator of State Glass Company, Inc., passed from this life on January 1, 2021, just days shy of his 65th birthday.

Brian was born on January 3, 1956, in Hays, Kansas, to Wayne F. and Wanda (Meier) Miller and was a lifelong resident of Hays.

Left to cherish his memory, are his mother, Wanda Miller, and his siblings: Daniel Miller, Stacie (Jack) Ploutz, Charles Miller, Christine (Westley) Yocum, Stephanie (Myron) Wasko, and Laurie Rollins. Brian will be fondly remembered by his nieces and nephews: Cassandra (Rene) Ploutz-Bruynzeel, Jacqueline Ploutz, Amanda Miller, Alex Miller, Austin Yocum, Jason Wasko, Jessica (Steven) Walton, Clifford Rollins, and Lauren Rollins. Brian also leaves behind countless buddies and dear friends. Brian never met a stranger and was a true friend to all whom he met!

Brian was preceded in death by his father, Wayne F. Miller, sister, Mary Miller, and nephew, Jeremy Wasko.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, January 30th from 12:00 pm until 2:00 pm at Tobys, 104 E. 7th Street, Hays, Kansas.
