Brenda Sue Lene

Brenda Sue Lene, age 58, of Goddard, Kansas passed away at her home on Wednesday, November 1, 2017. She was born March 30, 1959 in Kirksville, Missouri to James A. and Sandra S. (Slaughter) Lene.

She is survived by her mother, Sandra Lene of Goddard; three daughters, Amanda Treadwell (Greg) of Goddard, KS, Stephanie Roeder (Bob) of Mt. Hope, KS; and Cassandra Warden of Wichita, KS; two brothers, James Lene and Charles Lene (Mindy) of Wichita, and Corinna Barron of Moberly, MO; her 9 grandchildren, Tori, Madison, Chase Treadwell, Luke, Lilly and Layla Roeder , Brendyn Polley, Serenity and Brayden Warden.

She was preceded in death by her father, James Lene; a brother, Tony Lene; a brother-in-law, Paul Barron and her grandparents.

Funeral services will be Saturday, November 4th, 3:30pm at the First Baptist Church 627 S. James Ave. Maize, KS 67101 with Visitation from 2:00 PM until service time at the church. Private family inurnment will be at a later date.

In lieu of flowers the family is asking for contributions to be used according to the wishes of the family.
