Obituary
Adrain Max 'Dee' Desaire, 85, passed away Monday, November 7th, 2022, at the Robert J. Dole Medical Center. He was born October 30th, 1937, to George and Amy (Garringer) Desaire in Damar, Kansas.
Loving husband, father, grandfather & friend. He served in the US Army and Air Force, was a retired truck driver, had worked in the oil fields and auto sales manager, song writer in his retirement years. Dee enjoyed karaoke, playing cards, writing songs & poems and more than anything, teasing his numerous grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents; Sons: William Desaire and Kenneth George Desaire & son-in-law, Joseph Gerhardt. Dee is survived by his wife of 15years, Twila Desaire; daughters: Christi (Gary) Wilson, Tammie (Gary) Fischer, Julie (Christopher) John, Melinda (James Manderson) Schoene; sons: David (Nancy) Desaire, Michael (Janet) Schoene; Sister: Phyllis Knipp of Dickinson, ND; brother: Larry (Betty) Desaire of Olathe, KS; 30 Grandchildren; 22 great grandchildren and 1 great-great grandson.
Memorial Mass 11:00am Saturday, Nov. 19, 2002, at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Damar, KS. Inurnment will be at 3:00 PM in Zion Lutheran Cemetery 27005 283 HWY in Trego County Kansas south of WaKeeney.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to Robert J. Dole Medical Center or American Cancer Society.
